• Access to course materials is granted upon full payment

Payment Terms

Payment and pricing information:

• All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF)
• Payment is due in full before course access
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Corporate clients may be eligible for custom payment terms
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no course access
• 50% refund within 30 days if less than 25% of course completed
• No refunds after 30 days or 25% course completion
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
